User Agreement

Please read this User Agreement carefully before using the "Display Monitoring" application (the "application").

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application. Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the application for any other purpose.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the application in any way that:

• Is unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized.
• Infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempts to disrupt or interfere with the application's servers or networks.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the application.

4. Intellectual Property

The application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the application's developers. The application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the European Union and foreign countries.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the application's developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms of this agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease.

If your account remains inactive for a period of 30 days, it will be permanently deleted along with all associated user data.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
